Well, not really if you've played PF even before Max's animations were added to the mod. It's looks just like it used to - unpolished, but the gameplay mechanics are still there.

And most likely by the time the drama dies down, and Max and Rebb get their content back, the servers will PROBABLY start to empty out a little. However if Jonas (somehow) wins and
keeps the content for himself, either players will fill up the servers, or it will empty out as well (REALLY depends on who's side each player is on. Or they just care for the content only).
Basically, it's kind of a win-lose situation atm.

And I'm still very much loyal to Mecha, simply because I enjoy his community and servers. Max may offer eye candy (figuratively and literally, Succubus), you can't consume it for hours on end.

See Mecha and Max tied two ropes on the server that has the Parkour Fortress content and are now playing tug of war with it on top of the highest building in Time Square they could legally climb, all while trying to send dildos to each other or studying for exams and, not to mention it's all being filmed and shown on the biggest screen in Time Square and the footage is being edited for a spin off of Jersey Shore, Slag Shore.

I don't think he's worked on the mod much at all since the whole debacle with the DMCA so it wouldn't surprise me if the server had the stuff taken down but his client still had the skins installed
plus he most likely wants to keep the mod looking as pretty as possible for the public videos - the animations are short enough that when the eventual new ones are added nobody would notice the difference
as far as the skins go, general laziness I guess lol

He never had those rights. And the fight is not just about the rights to use the materials but the rights to Own them.
And as t h e said, mecha never paid a cent for anything, in fact he got money, the donations, with them. (even if they weren't a fortune it's still money.)

Stop using that flawed argument. It has been proved already that he wanted it this way, thinking it would help him, but it turned badly for him. He even admited this.

See, what I don't get it how you think this argument is flawed. So because it turned out badly for him does that allow him to strip mecha of his distribution rights? There is no sympathy in law and because there was a verbal agrement between the two, it means Mecha can distribute it freely.
The way it is Max is the creator, Mecha is the distributor.

I said this before. Mecha will take Max's content off the Slag Gaming SERVERS for a while, then he'll most likely reinstall it once the heat has died down. You can see that HE is still using the content Max created, even after he said he would remove all of it, because he is dependent on it for the mod to work at its fullest.
He has no intention of removing Max's content whatsoever, and would rather try to claim that content as his own, when it is clearly not. Mecha obviously doesn't give a shit about any "agreements" he made a few weeks ago, because he is so THICK and SURE that he will win ownership of the content, that he is now openly making videos using that very same content.
Mecha, you're one of the biggest, lying douches I have seen is years. I hope Max sues the hell out of you.
