Plus the fact that apparently 70% of all medics don't know they have a fucking sryinge gun. Seriously you puff them once and they run away for a health pack.
Dude, don't. Just... don't waste your time. I tried that too, he apparently doesn't understand that a lot of Medics don't even know how to use anything except the Medigun and Ubersaw. Edit: He thought he 'addressed it' by stating that the Blutsauger can outdamage most Pyros, despite the fact that I specifically stated that very few Medics ever actually shoot anyone when in retreat.
Just use Degreaser Airblast + Shotgun, you get about 20 From the Fire, 60 From the shotgun and then 3 Dps from the Burn, Pretty effective killers, especially if you hunt them with the shotgun afterwards.
On beginning of tf2, pyro had a function, set people on fire and retreat
I hated this pussy tactic, it was one of the cheapest things about the pyro back in the day, just tag someone in flame and they had an almost 100% guaranteed death unless they found a med kit. At least now the pyro has to sit his ass down and stay in battle. It's fair, and I would rather they not changed it back to the way it was.
stop developing TF2 and opt for Episode 3 instead. :eng99:
How many times do i repeat this? All game series at Valve are worked on by SEPERATE teams, theres a TF2 team, L4d2 team, Portal team, HL team...

Come to think of it, the Medic has becomes pretty marginalised because of all the healing and extinguishing too.
HAHAHAHA No. Pyros will now airblast you into a wall until your cloak runs out, then hit you with the Axtinguisher.
That's only true for good pyros who have the axtinguisher equipped, don't have the backburner equipped, and who are not currently being shot at or chased, so about 1/100.

Unless they are cloaked in a corner. But I'll still taunt, for it is satisfying to kill spies.
Degreaser + Axtinguisher = Murder Machine. But I agree, the basic strategy of fire and forget is no longer a very viable tactic.
I guess Valve appealed to the 'competitive' community of Team Fortress 2. Honestly, spamming M+1 was so easy back then that it made everything easy. But now, it's more of being able to get close enough to ax(tinguish) the person, or finish him off with your shotgun (granted you use it).

I can see them appearing a lot on gullywash's last point.

Fire on the Xbox version is scary as shit.
Fire on the Xbox version is scary as shit.
Yeah, it must be hard when you can't aim.
