If it's the same across multiple computers (like you said) then I think it's in the Steam Cloud, whatever the problem is. Steam Cloud will be restoring settings, etc from the cloud that have been uploaded erroneously. Contact Valve and see if they can reset your portion of the cloud.

During a competitive match, I was spawning for 25 less health as a demo with an eyelander, and I mean 25 less health than the 25 health I already lose with the eyelander.

Just die/touch a locker to fix it. What the OP has is something far more extreme. We need some videos of it pronto!

If you can force starting health through registry, valve has done something very, [b]VERY[/b] wrong.

It would be great it your health was 300 and you did 200 damage with every gun
