why is daimao so badazz
why do you talk like dizz also its cuz im smooth :smug:
smooth-azz hustla
I rated OP dumb because the Engie Idea is annoying as Hell to me. A level one Sentry can't hold up 8 seconds.
What servers are you playing on?
There are engies who aren't selfish and use help other engies, I do. But almost any server is probably going to have that selfish engie who doesn't help anyone else and just wants points.
You know, they could have a team up: fast wrench Engie builds, and the normal wrench one upgrades.
Watch offensive engi youtube videos. By the time you realize you're being hit, and the location where it is, you're screwed. Good offensive engies build in places you WILL NEVER EXPECT!
PDQ is nice. People bitching about it don't know how to play the class(like people who bitch about huntsman sucking) Built a lvl1 in a corner, tag team people with your shotgun.
I like the PDQ idea, because if someone tells me they are using it or not, I will follow them around and help them out by either building faster which they then upgrade or upgrade their quick buildings. and like people are too stupid to understand, this aren't replacements or upgrades they are alternatives. and the goru is one of the weirdest ideas, it would be better if it wasn't gloves but like ballerina shoes and instead of punching you would kick, this would solve everything, you would be nimble on your feet, but lose 6 health every second because they are too tight on your feet and it hurts. :eng101:
That barely ever happens in non-competitive games. Engies don't want to use their metal on buildings that aren't theirs.
On the servers I play on, I always see engies helping each other out.
People clearly underestimate ninja lvl1 sentries. Also, it'll take around 2 seconds to build one, which means you can almost build it in direct combat
Imbalance ! Just please give us our other class weapons before you go crazy making new ones for current classes Valve :(
This is stupid.. I like the way it is now, this seems unbalanced.
Hey guys, ever heard of tf_english.txt?
Hey guys, ever heard of tf_english.txt?
At first I thought that, only to remember the Gloves are real.
Well I guess we know what valve was up to with their jesusomega weapons. (100% crits, fireproof)
The P.D.Q. sounds like the perfect wrench for offensive engies, because most of the time offensive engie buildings don't live past lvl 1 anyway and pretty much immediately after a lvl 1 sentry is destroyed with the P.D.Q. one could set up in a different place immediately. The G.R.U. would be good for heavies wishing for a little more mobility and with all that hp and medic attention losing 6 hp per second isn't too much of a loss.
Wow those 2 in the OP suck
Anyone know if the "Sandman" is allowed in competitive play again?
I do :D
So do I :buddy:
Are those GRU gloves in-lined with barbed wire or uranium or something?
I'm an offensive engy....well kinda. The P.D.Q would be exactly what I would need
I like this.
Anyone know if the "Sandman" is allowed in competitive play again?
It's still a complete stun. While it's less obnoxious and overpowered, it's still obnoxious. Pretty much once you're stunned either you or your medic are gonna die, which is pretty binary action for comp play.
I wonder what the G.R.U.'s taunt will be. :v:
...what DOESN'T make sense is why wielding a wooden baseball bat instead of an aluminum one makes you more susceptible to death.
Maybe the Scout is allergic to wood :O?
Those weapons could be useful in a new game mode i emailed daimao about, hopefully he'll email robin and i get community item!!! :smug: and if i dont :argh:

That wrench is gonna emphasize team play among engis. 1 with a normal wrench, another with the PDQ. They both build their stuff, but build it faster because of the PDQ, but the normal wrench will have to upgrade, or the engi can run back to the health cabinet after everything is built and exchange for the normal wrench. Either that, or they could give the item changing ability to the dispensers :P I just noticed the heavy got another weapon with another inteligence agency from the Soviet Union :P
Wow those weapons are shit, even more if the wrench is the Engineer's unlock
