I'm afraid I am not too happy with having a Source filmmaker page on the TF2Wiki as it is illegal and Valve have not approved the use of SFM.
I'll discuss it with Wilsonator but it's likely it will be deleted.
Please make your own wiki.
In that case, I'll make a move and push my own existing wiki for Source-based machinima:

Go nuts.
That looks perfect.

You'll be able to get more info on your own wiki anyway.
What would happen if we tried to put this on the Valve Dev Wiki?
http://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Main_Page
Oh, hey it's already there.
http://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Source_Filmmaker
Yes but that's not recommending using it.

If I try rendering in 720P I get an .avi file which is not playable with any of my media players :| So I had to render in smaller resolution.
Are there any fixes for spawn doors?

Keep the first version of the entity, Medikits and Control Points, then in subsequent takes use ent_remove (or ent_delete, I'm not sure) on the entity.
For doors just use the delete to delete all versions to keep the door open.
Mph I found a ProjectedLight thing for shadows but it doesn't seem to be working :(

Looks pretty bad to be honest, needs faster transitions. Man I wish SFM had normal keyframes instead of the slider stuff.
