bah, i can't seem to work out why it's not exporting, anything i try to export gets limited to 1280x800

When I try to export I always get some error about bitmaps, headers and shit, doesn't matter if I export as .avi or .tga, anybody know a fix?

Holy hell, the SFM is so powerful. It's so tedious and annoying to animate in 3ds max. I relaly hope they will release this!

I relaly hope they will release this![/QUOTE] If it's for a simple animation, yes it is. If you want to animate EVERY aspect of your film and for it to exactly on time, maya or max are still better. Mysfit, i was already aware of that way, in fact, changing the tf/talker script for the voice commands (press z then a number) works even better because you're not limited by length and it doesn't take control of the camera. Plus, you have like 30 or 40 slots for animations per class.
I was about to test this, then I realized I don't have the beta. :saddowns: time to go hunting.

Personally I prefer the taunt way for when I'm using custom animations so my character doesn't move. Do you know if the the taunt freezes the player over just the duration of the taunt or does it expire when it finishes?

I made a movie yesterday, it is about 1:35 and has about 33 cameras, but when I try to export I get an error saying "Couldn't allocate bitmap header to snapshot." I tried rendering something else, it and I don't get a error. Anybody know a fix? I don't wanna do everything again.
Ok so I got my hands on the beta, I've got all of the dll's required, and in the right position. I've placed a shortcut on my desktop, added the first command parameters as the tutorial states. I started it, loaded a map, exited, added the other command parameters, but it won't work. Anyone care to explain what I'm doing wrong?
