I used photoshop. First i selected Zoey and made a new layer via copy, then deleted the original layer, so the backgroun was transparent.

Because they are too rich/illegally downloaded it to bother with GIMP or Paint.NET

A few frames will have to be lost and a bit of resizing, but I'll try
new max filesize is 512kb so you can have all of its frames

The alpha channel goes away when you size it this small, but it had to happen to get it to work.
I have 2 sprays which are over 30 frames.
Vtfedit really hates alpha channel

Hi. Hum I wanted to know why i can't put animated spray. For example I downloaded the animated mudkip spray from Wari 65 i got the two files: .vmt and .vtf. but when i go to at the tf2 options screen it only shows me the .vtf files. so i chose it but it wont show up! it wont even says an error and if i press ok then log on to a server it's still my old spray. help me please!

Put the 2 files in tf/materials/vgui/logos
Then they will already be in your sprays menu, no need to find them. All animated sprays work like that.

That looks like a tough one, but theres no transparency so it will probably work.
