I tried making an animated spray with this thing here [url]http://tf2.explodingjelly.com/create[/url] But even on GIFs that are like 20 kb it makes them too big in the end result. Is it more efficient to do it manually? The new filesize is 512 kb, with 128x128 you can have up to 30 frames. I made several of these.

[url]http://dl.dropbox.com/u/34208777/silly.vtf[/url] FYI people, since I tend to see sprays condensed into boxes when they don't need to be, just put transparent sidebars on the top and bottom or left and right depending on if your spray is diagonal or horizontal. You first need to set one side of the image to a required size, 128, 256, 512, etc. and then change the canvas size of the other side to the same size. ex.
