You'd have to stretch it to make it work, and the game locks the FPS at like 1 or 2.

How can I get spray filesize down without decreasing resolution or cutting frames?

I've disabled mipmaps, and even tried not to generate a thumbnail but filesize is 0.078 KB above the limit.

Decreasing DXT compression quality doesn't do anything to filesize.

Also decreasing color depth doesn't change the result.
