I have a few, but my two personal favorites (described since I'm too lazy to take a screenshot or make a gif): 1. Pinkie Pie sticking her head out of a curtain. the back is transparent, so it blends in with the walls. put it in a window or something, just to fuck with people. 2. the Princess Peach portrait from Mario 64. when you get close enough to it, it turns into a Bowser portrait.
