Getting one shotted by a huntsman sniper who didn't even pull the string back
How you can hit someone in the face with the ubersaw and have it do no damage, but play the sound

Scouts who seemingly have 4x tighter scattergun spread than usual scouts
The amount of crits that soldiers and demos now get compared to the other classes

I don't think it matters how good you are as a Pyro, the shitty ones that absolutely refuse to airblast to extinguish their team or punt ubers around are frustrating. At that point they might as well use the Backburner as a courtesy to let me know I'm wasting my time jumping in front of them instead of running for a medkit.

Disagreed, the I have used the Pain Train and found it incredibly useful. As a Soldier, if you end up not really sure whether to choose it or the Equalizer/Shovel, it isn't used on defense, you can still use both in a really effective way, in the same map.
As for the Demoman, I think it is better than the bottle, but I wouldn't recommend it to a charging targe demo.
Also, the hats are stupid? And so what, let them use the stupid hats. I hate how Valve put them in game not the people who use it.

The pain train is okay. I think it's best for a vanilla demoman since you really aren't losing much. Eyelander isn't so great by itself and the bottle has no effect on gameplay. With the soldier, you've giving up the equalizer, so that just depends on the map. But basically, the pain train gives two powerhouse classes the capturing speed of a scout at the minor cost of receiving some extra damage. Sounds good to me.
Agree on everything else though. Lag compensation with melee weapons has taught me to never go in a melee battle.
Snipers. Nothing I hate more than being on a huge killstreak as scout, adrenaline pumping, hands shaking and then a sniper 100 meters away bodyshots and kills me

Honestly, you're missing the point too. The entire time you've been saying that you should, under no circumstances, ever say anything remotely negative. But I'm sorry, I don't subscribe to that hippy crap. Sometimes you have to say "Why the fuck do we have 4 Spies and 4 Snipers? This is a 10 man team, some of you need to go useful classes, we're getting fucking destroyed." And you know what? Every time I've said that, about half of those people have swapped to Soldier/Demo/Medic/Heavy/Engineer and we actually started fighting back instead of leaving our spawn and immediately dieing. The few remaining Snipers and Spies were able to do their job [b]better[/b] than before, because the Spies didn't have two other people screwing up and making the other team Spycheck, and the Snipers didn't have two others stealing kills and actually were able to work together to suppress the other team, instead of just scrambling to kill that one Engineer.
