I thought it was fixed for awhile?
Although looking at the diff, the seem to have applied the same thing they did for the Overdose to the GRU, so maybe.

Next week I want to see for bug fixes
- Added many new community contributed weapon sounds and weapon sound rules (Pie Tony and my pack)
- Added improvements to the Airborne Armaments set, submitted by the contributor
- Fixed an animation error on the Sharp Dresser (wonky arm)
- Updated materials on many Manniversary items (Neodement's fixes and the paint fixes that were approved by the contributors)
