Who cares? I can understand if you literally didn't have any unlocks at all and decided to idle all your unlockable items, OR if you lost all your legit items from idling a few times by a bug.
But fact is 99% of the idlers did it simply to get the occasional weapon they didn't already unlock or get hats.
"Oh no I lost all the item duplicates I already had, a Natasha I didn't have, and my 30 hats which do nothing but add a completely useless cosmetic look!"
I know the hats make you "look like a bad-ass" but losing them because you "idled" instead of playing normally (and in which you can still earn back again) is hardly worth crying over.

I only lost a jar, but believe me that's a rather large impact on my playing style.

I lost a bunch of duplicates, my 'Fro, my Beanie, and my Tyrolean. I still have a Pickelhaube, fortunately.
I've still got at least one of everything (with one exception), along with some duplicates.
I'm still missing something, though. Those bastards took my sandvich. How the hell am I supposed to find another one of those? It could be days before another one turns up, especially since I seem to rarely get items in-game (and 9 times out of 10 they're Blutsaugers).
