Also aswell as those weapons being for fun... I'm pretty sure they are using them for testing certain attributes for when they come out with the leveled weapons. They said they were going to do something with the levels some time.
Look at the Valve rocket launcher to the right. +9900% damage done.
I'm pretty sure the more-than-double-digit weaponry stats aren't what they are.
The "Rare" Blutsauger for instance had more than 300 clip size, but it was marked red as a penalty. I think the "9900% damage" And the blutsauger actually have the last two digits as decimal places.
99% damage bonus, etc.

I arranged my items so that all my top level stuff, or non-duped items go on top, arranged by class, and my dupes go on the bottom left, and any item that I have more of go to the bottom right.
