You might want to hand paint your bone, as that always gives the best result. Example:

the nose should be darkened, seeing as it's a "hole" like the eyes

Try making the jaw different from the skull a bit, like unhinging one side or making it slightly darker

I shall copy your fists fade then, I'm trying my best to make them as good as possible.
Some people do like the spy-cicle and others don't, as with everything it comes down to a matter of personal taste.
It's fine with me that you do the "complete non-standard" icons as the gloves and spy-cicle but I am trying my best to make them fit within your icon pack as well.
