Looks great, carry on [editline]18th December 2011[/editline] Well actually for the second I'd rely less on opacity and more on outlines, in my own personal standard (which judging by the muzzleflash, you're following, I've all but phased out transparent blobs except for the tiniest details) Edit: Feel free to use the killicon installer if you plan to release this, the latest version is available here: [url]http://tf2.benbur.net/mods/Weapons/Carbine/archive.zip[/url] It's pretty easy to work out what it's doing and make it install your own icons. Just replace the materials directory with your own, and edit the mod_textures_addon.txt entry accordingly. Then preview.png.

Shouldn't those white borders outside the beige thing be transparent, though? Also, I have encountered a dilemma in TF2. I just crafted a Sharp Dresser, but I have not yet gotten the Man From P.U.N.C.T.U.R.E. achievement. Should I keep playing with a boring knife until I get it, or should I play with a cool knife and miss any potential chances? Also, even more unrelated to the topic: The Man From U.N.C.L.E. is the funniest tv series ever made, and I'm happy that TF2 contains a reference to it.

The facial flexes don't seem to work in Gmod, sadly. If you bone merge it it won't follow along when you facepose the Soldier/Heavy. D:
