They already did that a bit ago with a custom Portal 2 level, the guy contacted a mapper, he made the maps, and then Valve was nice enough to supply custom GLADoS lines for use specifically for those levels.

I would do the trail, but i have no experience with particles.
If anyone has a tut for particles i would be fine with a link.

Also, how hard would it be to remove the glasses and junk from basic player models?
Would i need to recompile for all the different lod's and submodels?

Or, as an even better question, has anyone done a skin/mod to remove the glasses and other misc items from basic player model?

I actually mentioned it several pages back. It might be possible to do, but I'd have to consider how I'd go about doing it. Firstly, it'd be awkward to attach it since there'd have to be a bone extruded from the bip_head all the way to the player's feet to make it a full body particle and not just streaming from the head. Secondly, I'm not 100% on how to make it multi-colored without doing numerous particles and multiple bones since if I'm not mistaken, coloring is left up to the particle editor (and it only supports two colors per particle entry)

Ok, I'm trying to make a simple mod for a friend of mine, but I'm having the strangest problem.

The fixed MDLDecompiler is actually crashing when trying to decompile it. I've seen this error before for other older models, such as the sapper placements for the buildings. What should I do to fix this error?
