So i have it all working.
Except for the transparency.
It seems to make the whole outer texture transparent, instead of just the glass.
Which is the only part that is white in the alpha/
Is the alpha supposed to black where its transparent?
Also, my computer is pretty low end, so incoming low quality screenshot.

Don't use the fixed one, just use the normal one

Yeah, the blacker the area on the alpha channel, the more transparent, and I've tried that... It didn't help.

The newer version does it automatically, but I did try that, with sadly no luck.

Messed up transparency, combined with adding some extra faces into the inside so ti doesnt just end at the bottom.
(WHich i will need to go back and change.
And now its just shiny and stupidly see through.

So, no transparency for CommanderVideo for now.
I plan to fix it, and the texture, at a later point.
But i still need to do my baker scarf, and some other projects.
So unless anyone want to texture this thing for me, this is pretty much final for now.

You need to use two materials/textures to get transparency to work. If you're not already doing that.

I don't understand why it'd only import one of the two bones for either the pipe or soldier model. Perhaps something is named identically, causing it not to import the second set?

Never used mudbox before but I think the normal map is pretty neat. Even if it is a tad realistic for TF2. Layed down base colors.

The black leather material is too detailed for the cartoony art style I think. The wood texture looks right though.

Hmm, good guess. I can definitely think of a few items that need improving. Too much phong seems to be a common problem among the new items. And then there's the Red wire on the BLU Eureka Effect (Though Valve will likely fix that. Eventually).
Also, the (imo.) overly bright team colors on the Phlogistinator fuel tank/battery and the ugly BLU texture.
does anyone know where the files for unusual particle effects are located in the gcfs?
