Look at your bomb
Now look at mine (...)
Also give him a sword fish
Is mudbox easier to use than zbrush? Because zbrush confuses the absolute fuck out of me
They're the same really, you've just gotta get used to the UI in zbrush, it looks like a cluster fuck but it really isn't.

If that's a towel, that could be interesting but I can see it clipping like crazy if its not done right.
How do I have part of my model read from another vmt again?
If that's a towel, that could be interesting but I can see it clipping like crazy if its not done right.
Yes, it's a towel, I figure if the jiggle bones were stiffer or whatever, then it should be fine. Only problem I forsee is the running forward causing it to swing up unto his body.

What program are you using?
In 3ds, you select the faces you want the separate vmt on, then drag the second material onto the selected faces.

So the VMT is based on the vtf's name?

How has this not been made for Heavy Yet?
I have no idea what that is, but now I'm wondering if anyone's made either one of these for the Heavy.

Also, the Pyro hazmat mask looks really promising! Is it going to be team yellow or a neutral orange?
Also also: Neutral Orange would make a good indie band name.

He'd have to drink his sandwich through a straw with that thing on.
Does anybody have a good qc for water jigglebones like jarate?
Turned these into mods since they'll never get added to the game and I need to remove the bad crap from my workshop page.
I've always wanted to do a hazmat-type pack, so I'll give this a shot. I borrowed a good portion of the original pyro mask to make sure it maintained the same silhouette, but I completely redid the filter and eye-pieces

The texture is what's really gonna make it look wrinkley and nice, I imagine

Bugger. I was going to post the 4th version of the Bonk Employee Pyro concept and then I see this, meaning there would be no point as they're similar concepts, though implement different hazmat suit styles and clothing, they're still basicly the same idea.

Wow, the shape of this thing is really cool! What kinds of colors/textures are you planning to give it?

Ha ha, i have no idea!
It needs a cleaner bake first, anyways

Subtle reference.
I think a worn, metal-y, blutsauger-ish look could work well.

I thought brighter than blutsauger, but whatever ;B
Where do I put guistudiomdl.exe for it to work properly?
Where do I put guistudiomdl.exe for it to work properly?
I think guistudio doesn't need to be put anywhere.
Mdldecompiler, however, goes to sourcesdk/bin.

Hm. An 'abandoned hospital' look with chipping white paint and dried stains of various kinds could look amazing.

Also, in unrelated news.. I have no intention to nag you and you are of course free to take as much time as you want, but when are you planning to start making Mr. Bun Bun?

Kinda long for a mini-spenser.
But awesome!
Talking about old hospital equipment, have a WIP.

Just want to make sure that it's going the way it should be, and if there are any huge problems with the design.
Someone should make a cow sheet (or not cow whatever) over the heavy: [t]http://i00.i.aliimg.com/photo/v0/304771590/cow_skin_pattern_bed_sheet_fabric.jpg[/t]
Then call it The Cold Wear

Looks lovely but the liquid parts could do with being darker in my opinion.
On a semi-related note, what happened to the kritzkrieg backpack?

Haven't started work on the liquid yet, but I probably will.
