You should use the zappy muzzleflash-thing that's on Neo's Bison and Mangler icons instead of the waves. I think it better reflects that Pomson is an accurate beam-based weapon.

UnknownModel.smd is a blank file created by mdldecompiler when you decompile a mdl (no shit) that use a blank bodygroup.
Basicly, the flaregun's shell bodygroup have 2 option : Showing the shell, or not, so you can see it for the reloading animation, but not flying near the pyro on third person.
To recreate that, you can delete the Unknownmodel.smd, and add this to the .qc :

With that, in modelviewer, you'll have the options to draw or not the shell. Or toast, as you want.

I think the wood needs to be slightly darkened and have a little less contrast, and possibly also be more blueish brown than reddish brown.The spikes should be somewhat darker as well. Looks good, though. You don't feel like adopting my brass knuckle idea?
