OK, for my Doctor Who Themed Scarf, I need to work out how to make it flex with the Medic's body like how the Steel Pipes bend with the Soldier's arms. anyone know how to do that in Blender or can point me to a guide that shows you how to do it?

I don't think you need to worry about the Spy-cicle's kill icon. Of all the icons they made for the last update, the Spy-cicle is the best and works just fine.
Making the Spy-cicle more like the other knife kill icons would result in it just looking like a long cone or some kind of deformed pointy penis.
