I've only found one hat, it was a Made Man. Made me very happy when I found it.

First hat I found was a Hustler's Hallmark. I then found these during my year-and-a-half of playing TF2: - Sober Stuntman - 3 Team Captains - Hard Counter - Madame Dixie - Exquisite Rack - Stainless Pot - Bombing Run - Chieftain's Challenge - Ritzy Rick's Hair Fixative

bonk helm fro (crafted those 2 together, got a lvl 42 tricorne. Started trading with a v. tricorne and buds.) later on cowl cosa nostra drill hat

I actually havent found any hats, but i found a cremator's conscience and spectre's spectacles which i was stoked about. My F2P idle account found a schadenfreude, meet the medic and a decal tool in the same day :suicide:

I think I've only dropped like 3-5.

Found via drop? None at all. I bought the Orange Box in September 2009.

Three. Scottman's stovepipe, Teddy Roosebelt and a Bonk Helmet. Been playing since June of 2008. The scotman's stovepipe dropped about two years ago, teddy dropped half a year ago and bonk helmet about 3 days ago.

Prince Tavish's Crown. I've played since around Christmas 2010. I saw a guy find a Copper's Hard Top and a Surgeon's Stahlhelm within twenty minutes of each other on a server. I was so-o-o-o jealous.

~1100 hours I have gotten one hat as a drop(trophy belt) around 3 years ago.

I have played 177 hours and only one hat.

After some time of searching and playing since pretty much the beginning, I've come up with a cool hat painted/etc and a loadout for each class. Two hats for engi (other is hatless), and none for Soldier because he likes his default war helmet. Got him a fancy dress uniform the other day though

I have found zero hats. In all my years of playing (since beta), zero hats. I don't give a shit though, hats aren't as good as the direct hit :v:
