How many hats did you find so far while playing TF2?

Each of my classes have at least 3 hats or more.

So approximately 27-32.

While I think they're stupid I do like having them purely because I like customizing my character, not for trading or anything

Like I've always wanted a Fedora for Spy but I've never had the luck to get one

One before the trading update, plus 4 crafted hats. Three after the trading update, however they were fairly useless to me as I already had the hats I needed and regular hats weren't worth much at that point.

They were good when they were rare, a simple cosmetic item. However they have now got out of control. I miss the days of having a single hat per class, and simple hats (i.e the Trophy Belt)

All of those were found and not traded for?

I think my first hat drop was a Vintage Tyrolean. Two weeks later I crafted another one, in anger I immediatly crafted the two together.

Luckily I've crafted one a week before the mann-co update hit so it's still vintage :v:

Apparently the tyrants helm used to be the rarest hat drop. I got it in one of my first drops and is now vintage :v:

A year goes by with no drops

and then a week ago, In one day, I found a Yellow Belt, a Reggaelator, and a Scottish Bonnet

425 hours, found one the first week I started playing - a Ye Olde Baker Boy. I stopped playing for a while and when I started again it became vintage. I traded it a little while back for 2 craft hats and crafted a Wingstick.

I'm into the 900's hours of gameplay but my last hat find was in that time range.
