Non vintage items are also better for using nametags on.
Vintage items have blue colored names, non vintage items have yellow names.
Vintage items have longer names due to the "vintage" tag, and therefor people will have a harder time notice the difference, if your nametag for it is long.
Long names are more noticeable with yellow items, because yellow names are usually short.
Names are harder to read with vintage items.
The blue color blends in with the dark inspect background a lot more than the yellow color of normal items, and will therefor be harder to notice.
