Medic pistol is the best part. New animations=new awesome mods
As long as it has some sort of reloading animation similar to the nailgun's I'm content. Its animations can be used more universally, the Bison's really can't.
Medic is probably the closest to the Commissar. Maintaining morale is his job. And with laser pistol he'd be even closer!

Loading projectiles/needles/bullets/whatever from behind? It kinda can look like it.
Maybe the medigun is going to be like the supports heal/hurt gun, it will drain health from enemies to gain health/ubercharge

to be honest i can see it using the mechanic of the short circuit with multi-player detection. healing in small doses for those in the "medic's cluster"
since y'know. electricity arcs

AoE healing? My God, if this is the stat it's gonna have, it will be a salvation for all the "Only Medics on a team".
I love the Medic and all, but I think the Medic items look too similar to what we already have from WETA. Going with Scout.
I think the Medigun is one of the hardest things in the game to fiddle with while maintaining the principle of the original while also making the new one viable. With recent iterations of different mediguns, it's either underpowered or overpowered when compared to standard (See: Quick-fix underpowered, Overhealer overpowered). The Kritz achieves its balance with the original by being a slight tweak of it, but the issue arises of it being more situational.
Maybe they can come up with something that works, but I wouldn't be surprised if they don't/don't try to. (as in, completely omit different stats and instead make it a reskin, if even that).
The only thing I see right now with the Medic that I feel needs a direct change is I feel healing with an arrow should, in some shape or form, contribute to the übercharge meter (though the Medieval Medic set bonus is definitely worth using it as a great sidegrade, even if I think vanilla+ubersaw is better overall), and possibly the buff they're considering for the Quick-Fix that can be seen in the beta (I haven't been able to test it since I couldn't find any servers to play on when I opened the beta).
I want a medigun that can latch onto enemies and sap there HP. It can't heal otherwise, it uses enemy HP to heal your teammates. That would be the ultimate battle medic gun.
who would have thought this would have been a theme that every class has items for
But I like the Medic set better, just for the prospect of new animations for Medic.

also as of right now, Medic has twice as many votes as Scout
Guys do you know what this means?
A MEDIC COMIC :D
I made avatars of the posters.

Medic has a hat there, it's the antennae attached to his head, unless Valve plans to pull a Brainiac Hairpiece and have that be part of the goggles so there's hilariously bad clipping.
So... Medic only gets one misc and Scout gets two? But they did show two Medic weapons.
Don't be silly.
Every Gorbort update has a comic.
You know it will be true.

Antennae attatched to his head? I think that's part of the backpack

oh, right
Anyway, they said "both" is a proper answer, so I suggest voting for both :)
I'll be honest, I don't like the Grordbort's items. I don't like some items because I think they don't fit in the game, same goes for anything related to steampunk in TF2 for me.

Would need some hefty downside.
Would need some hefty downside.
I thought not being able to heal otherwise was a pretty huge downside.

No headshots.
I don't understand what people have against Dr. Grordbort's weapons. Most be those people who mix up theme and artstyle.
I've seen some people gripe about the infinite ammo, but I really like that kinda stuff myself
No, just no. They've already horribly unbalanced the game with the Pomson 6k, which is horribly overpowered and way too effective. Adding more Grordbort shit is not going to help til they balance out the Pomson.
not models, report
Medic's set seems to match the style anyway
Okay, I'll bite. What's so unbalanced in the Pomson?
He got hit with the full blast, the thing penetrates. Moving spies will only get a fraction of that.
it only takes cloak on the first hit
Jetpack would probably (imo, and if it even makes it into the game) be about slowling your falls all the time, and maybe right clicking to give you a boost forward (ala targe) but you can't slow your fall while it's recharging.
