That's not possible. Other people can't see who the winner is, unless they mark themselves that they got the prize. This was implemented so stuff like this WOULDN'T happen.

What you do is, check the person who won your raffles Steam ID.
Then, if he/she has already added you, make sure the ID matches.

I just read the winner's name, and added him, I saw someone with the SAME avatar and name adding me, I thought it was him and Steam was being a bitch to me, so we traded and he got the item, I remember that the guy who added me has his account made in 2011 while the REAL winner's account was made in 2006.
God I'm so confused now.
