I think the Liberty Launcher is a nice sidegrade.
It doesn't make up for lost damage due to a loss of 1 rocket in a clip, but it is able to pump out damage faster in the first clip.
I like faster. Being faster saves my skin alot. Also, you always have a reliable shotgun, so the loss of 1 rocket isn't as bad as some people make it out to be. If you do however, use the Liberty Launcher with a banner, you're severely limiting your ability to cause damage.
But yes. Liberty Launcher is a swell weapon, and it looks cool to boot. I can't wait to get my hands on a strange one.
