:( those are the only demo hats i have
Wear the gibus and your Mercenary badge. Be the coolest kid in the school!
are you honestly making a big deal out of this, because you looks like a bunch of immature children right now, whining that you're not getting your way. we mostly talk about tf2 or just each other anyway, roll with stuff
BANG!
:pwn:
on posting that he thought that rep was privately messaged, and it's too funny for me to report.
Not only their avatars are big if you get what i mean ;))))
Wow. Calling the mods fat.
Mods are back, post on-topic!
The Solider is part of an Army and you know what they have in armies? Generals. My favorite TF2 General is the Administrator only because I don't know anyone else who might fit that role...
This is kinda bull. People who got their unusuals scammed got them back, why not me?

As you have agreed upon the trade by confirming it multiple times, we will be unable to recover any items/gifts that have been traded.
They can't get your items because you agreed to the trade, many times to be exact. Had you have noticed the scam earlier, you would've gotten your stuff
people who usually get their things back are if they accidentally deleted something, or their account got hacked and the stuff went missing
on posting that he thought that rep was privately messaged, and it's too funny for me to report.
Anyone can see rep. :v:
BANG!
Reminds me of: [thumb]http://ianjtreu.com/files/2011/12/shank.jpg[/thumb]
They can't get your items because you agreed to the trade, many times to be exact. Had you have noticed the scam earlier, you would've gotten your stuff
Can't really notice a scam on a middleman with a changed name really, Everyone in the server said he was a legit buyer and seller. I thought I was safe.
Can't really notice a scam on a middleman with a changed name really, Everyone in the server said he was a legit buyer and seller. I thought I was safe.
You should just make sure you know the value of items before trading
Can't really notice a scam on a middleman with a changed name really, Everyone in the server said he was a legit buyer and seller. I thought I was safe.
you're never safe unless you make it safe, aka check steamrep and do all you can
BANG!
Didn't you make me one a while ago? I forgot
you're never safe unless you make it safe, aka check steamrep and do all you can
Ehem. http://www.steamrep.com/index.php?id=76561197995422166 He has no rep at all, so no matter what I wouldn't have noticed.
you're never safe unless you make it safe, aka check steamrep and do all you can
Actually the only times that you are ever really safe are by using Valve implemented trading standards such as in game trade or STEAM trade. There were quite a few people with good STEAMrep but turned out to be scammers
Anyone can see rep. :v:
exactly why I didn't report it, also please don't remove it.
Can someone take a pic of a blue engineer wearing a white Virtual Reality Headset with a Mann Co. Orange Googly Gazer, a gunslinger, and a portal pin? I can't do this without making it look like crap.
Didn't you make me one a while ago? I forgot
Nope, I said I will do you one, is just that the person that asked this asked it before ;)
Ehem. http://www.steamrep.com/index.php?id=76561197995422166 He has no rep at all, so no matter what I wouldn't have noticed.
then go a step further, ask him for a rep thread and see if what information he provided in the op matches his id there's a bunch of stuff you can do, steamrep is just the first step
Hi.
Hi.
What's up.
You should've asked for a rep thread or some shit. How'd you get scammed?
He was suppost to be a middleman for a spycrab, Server enforced a middleman only, and this guy did 3 other spycrab middleman jobs before mine. We both traded our hats to him, he changed his name and left. The entire server didn't know he was a scammer, because he did 3, right before my crab.
Actually the only times that you are ever really safe are by using Valve implemented trading standards such as in game trade or STEAM trade.
Can't really notice a scam on a middleman with a changed name really, Everyone in the server said he was a legit buyer and seller. I thought I was safe.
And that's why you need a middleman for the middleman :v:
He was suppost to be a middleman for a spycrab, Server enforced a middleman only, and this guy did 3 other spycrab middleman jobs before mine.
ip address, it was an accident harry i swear
wait, you can see my/everybody's IP every time I/they log into outpost? cool
Honestly, just use a uhc admin or something. Anyone who has a commitment or moderation position on the server has something to lose if they scam you, so why would they?
Finally scored a Phloogoowhowhat! AND i still got to keep my Hatless Sniper!
...Spycrabbing. Why did you spycrab.
I knew the guy myself. He said if either of us won we'd give our hats back. But the server enforced middleman, so we agreed. It was just for fun, but shitty server is shitty.
Honestly, just use a uhc admin or something. Anyone who has a commitment or moderation position on the server has something to lose if they scam you, so why would they?
just never trust a tf2-trader mod
