TF2 General chat v6 - I have never made a thread edition - Games

This is several days late and many dollars short, but I really dug how we got a look into the public's view of the war in the last comic. It's like the only people who don't know the war is a farce are the Mann brothers and the mercs themselves. Anyhoo, I'm a sucker for TF2 lore.:v:

I have THE BEST luck with hat drops. Tonight I got a Fancy Dress Uniform and a Hottie's Hoodie in random drops over the course of three maps.

It's the only Soldier item that I'd really like at this point, none of his other hats/miscs catch my eye and ah, I just checked your inventory, looks like you don't have it. So a suspicious looking guy(10h playtime, private profile, tells me he played tf2 since 2007 but not on steam because he doesnt like steam, joined since 2010 though) added me as a friend out of nowhere because we played together on a server (can't remember him). Sounds like a scammer to me but how would he scam me? I wouldn't fall for links with viruses and phising so which other ways are there?

Been having trouble since the virus stopped showing up yesterday. Now, logging into an account loads it fine, but after about 5 minutes the entire laptop locks up. No errors, no change in anything. Cant Ctrl-Alt-Delete, the only thing I can do is hold the Power button until it turns off, and restart. Starting it in Safe Mode stops the lock ups from happening. Any ideas?

You may also want to download a program for malware and spyware. I suggest something like spybot for that.

Our Graphics Card drivers havent been updated since we got this bloody thing. Will that help at all? Some people seem to be having a similar problem, and say that updating those helped. But I cant even find what the hell this thing has.
