From there i don't know much, it's different on many systems OR use this nifty lecture, helped me on my win 2000 when the HDD kept shutting off. Just burn the ISO you are downloading via any burner software onto a DVD. From there, you can use the DVD to boot the PC after you are done formatting it. And yes, booting from a bios is a pain. Use my tutorial, it will show you which things you need to switch to force the pc to boot from the DVD drive CHANGE ORDER IN BIOS>INSERT DVD>BOOT>HAPPI FAIC <3

BUT, since you dl'ed the DVD for installing the whole windows system from scratch, then it won't.
