I just looked over it's stats, did it always have these stats? Cause I don't recall it having -10% damage and a 5% longer reload time.

It got that nerf two days after it came out.
and even with that nerf I still enjoy using it. and I'm getting better with it.

they're not too bad really. Just pair it up with the shotgun and you're set. Plus I use that 10% damage reduction to my advantage. Rocket jumping isn't as damaging, so I pop myself up into sneaky bastard spots and rain colorful laser death onto people's heads.
(I do wish they'd remove the reload nerf though)
