also since the tf2r notifications were reset yesterday I have entered 61 raffles and lost 61 raffles

So I need a hat for my heavy medic and engy. Heavy hat needs to fit with steel jaw Medic hat needs to fit with procedure mask Engy is wearing a pip boy but it doesn't really matter if it goes well with that, just need a good engy hat. Any suggestions?

When you hit an enemy, it aplies that debuf (jarate, milk or bleed). It can have a swing speed reduction or something like that
