I am going through so much bullshit right now, it's not even funny. Bethesda packages all their data in archives called bsas, not unlike Valve's usage of gcfs. So, to get Skyrim's sounds, I needed to download a bsa extractor and do that. Five minutes later, I have all of Skyrim's voice sounds. The problem: they're not in a regular format. They're in some retarded thing called a .fuz (dohohohohoho fus ro da), which is a mixture of a lip-sync animation file and an audio file. To make it even more difficult, the audio file isn't normal either, it's an encoded version of a .wma called a .xwm. So, in short, to get a single sound, I need to extract a file from a file from a file, let alone batch extractions (which I've yet to figure out). And why does this relate to TF2? If I manage to get this working in a timely manner, it'll be the audio portion of my first stop-motion TF2 video! :v:
