Odd. Why can't i view my tf2 inventory via steam or trade via steam? Only the first page shows up. And the heck, why am i seeing only half of some avatars

I can view only the 1st page from my backpack via steam inventory, same goes for Portal 2, SK and Gifts. It doesn't let me set up items via a steam trade, yet this has happened before and i can trade via TF2 at any time. At it would have said i was trade banned, which i ain't something else is wrong.
