Ok, I have an mp4 file. Attempting to delete it or rename it or anything results in explorer.exe crashing witha text box popping up titled "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library". The box itself is either transparent except for the title and outline, or black with an OK button. Any suggestions? Or im System Restoring to a week ago. You guys helped me last time, would like some help again.
