Well the fact that it's only for mods and vips means there's less than 20 people with those videos, also you can go to settings -> effects (toggle off) to turn it off..

I'm using chri's fps config. I have no clue how I played for two months without it. It was like a blessing when I switched over. I still get <20 fps though.
