So if you've been accepting steam mobile betas, and then accidentally agreed to become a cyber cafe account from valve screwing up on whether to show that to you or not, then yeah that's why your backback would've been deleted.

Valve'll probably fix it all within a few days though.

It's a bug. Would you rather them to not have publicly tested the software and released it, so [I]everyone[/I] would have these problems?

When you sign up for a beta, you're agreeing to the fact that, yes, something can go horribly wrong. But you're okay with that.

I've noticed that when you preview an item for naming or describing or painting, it'll show up with blue text no matter what, so perhaps the Customized quality is a dummy quality temporarily assigned for personalisations?
