Hey, if I send my friend a gift like a key or something, will his free tf2 turn into the full version? He doesn't have a credit card, so he cannot get the full version. Basically, I want to get my friend the full version of TF2 without actually having to log onto his account and putting my credit card information in.

Anyone know where to download the graphically easy ubercharge? I can't really think of a better way to but it, but the particle affects are lowered, less intense on your computer. I used to have it, but I installed something else over it.
