Actually, it's really hard to come up with good descriptions for a Max Head.
You should really think of one yourself, so it's good for you, rather then others.

If it means anything, I painted mine Green and named it after one of Max's vices.

most likely won't happen. new hats can be crafted,
promo hats can also be crafted, <- depends on number of people who got the game and got the promo hats,
new hats for buds = most likely nice craft numbers
unless valve do another BMOC-ish stunt.

my point of view is that they will only raise in price as more and more people join the game and want the earbuds, who does not? keys can be bought, bills not as appealing, metal is infinite.
