That would be retarded. Some "weeks" would be shorter than others so you would have less time to use up all your hours.

Well it's almost sure that hat rolls are no longer on a fixed 4:28h timer, since rolls are about time and not success.
We should try to idle even if we know if we've hit the weekly/daily cap, we oughta see if hats/drops rolls can get stopped by the caps :ohdear:

EDT is 3 hours ahead of PDT, the time zone Valve currently inhabits. From there it's basic math. However, only Valve knows when the clock will reset.
