I hate people like you.
"If it's an image it IS photoshopped :downs:"
What's really interesting about this is that MISC apparently rolls separately from HATS, even though they've got the same drop rate
How much you wanna bet it resets a random day each week? Week 1 might be Wednesday, week 2 might be Thursday, week 3 might be Tuesday...
How much you wanna bet it resets a random day each week? Week 1 might be Wednesday, week 2 might be Thursday, week 3 might be Tuesday...
That would be retarded. Some "weeks" would be shorter than others so you would have less time to use up all your hours.
That's aside from the fact that there is no logical reason for valve to do that.
To troll idlers.
Well the reset isn't tuesday.
i have been idling last week for like 10 hours and got 5 items. since then i havent gotten shit

Simply crafting a hat with Steam Item Manager will make the hat appear in your drop list.
But in the case of Max of S2D, it's legit.
If you look at yesterday's history and today's inventory you'll see that he didn't use up any refined metals, or lost any hats [from crafting 2 hats].
He actually gained a misc and a hat in a short delay.
This either suggests that misc and hats are on different rolls, or that the minimum roll for a hat/misc can be quite low.

Or maybe God loves him too much?

I wonder if the hat/misc rolls are also on the new timer system (maybe not intended), when it can make the next roll from 1h30 (delay of my items) to 4h30 (old delay)
[editline]05:21PM[/editline]
Or maybe God loves him too much?
I don't believe in God, I believe in Karma :buddy:
Has the drop rate been reset yet?
Not for me.
I wonder if the hat/misc rolls are also on the new timer system (maybe not intended), when it can make the next roll from 1h30 (delay of my items) to 4h30 (old delay)
Well it's almost sure that hat rolls are no longer on a fixed 4:28h timer, since rolls are about time and not success.
We should try to idle even if we know if we've hit the weekly/daily cap, we oughta see if hats/drops rolls can get stopped by the caps :ohdear:
so for Eastern time when does the week start according to Valve time?
so for Eastern time when does the week start according to Valve time?
EDT is 3 hours ahead of PDT, the time zone Valve currently inhabits. From there it's basic math. However, only Valve knows when the clock will reset.
so i can just ask my uncle that lives in Vancouver and he'll know when does the week starts ehh?
Drops should reset in 9 hours, when it's 12 AM in Valve timezone.
for eastern time?
for eastern time?
I hope you're kidding, but just subtract 3 hours from your time (EDT) and you'll know what time it is where Valve is located. E.g., 3PM EDT is Noon PDT.
And oh, do your homework.
What time for england?
The question is not the time, but the day.
Only Valve really knows

Less retarded than people asking other people when the restart is going to happen.
Seriously guys, you can stop messaging me on Steam now. I don't know.
Steam cloud is down right now, you can see that it is so when you try to view a profile on tf2items.com
So... who knows if it reset :p
