You might try PM-ing Neo. Last I heard he had a zip with everything ready-to-go but he didn't want to destroy the limit on his Dropbox.

It would be impossible, at this point of how the items are rigged, to have all the items in a single pack. For example, there are two replacements for Demoman boots, and neither are rigged for the Pickled Paws.
I do hope that all of the items are rigged so that some packs may be used with in-game costumes, like the Loch Ness pack over the Were-Wold Demoman
