5 Hour Power isn't that good, its the size of a Baby Bottle Pop, but it doesn't really give you 5 hours of Power.
When I when to Taekwondo, I used one before class, and it did absolutely nothing, except make me more awake.

I'm in love with this one drink, Sunkist Cherry Limeade. It reminds me a lot of Bonk, mainly because it has 43 grams of sugar in one can. You can practically hear your teeth rot. I don't think it has any caffeine in it though. Maybe it can be the flavoring and part of the sugar?

My friend made one of these once at a party after he saw the vid on his iPhone, we had all the stuff in the fridge so we thought why not, we both took one tiny sip and we couldnt sleep for 2 days, :v
We still have it in the fridge and have some when we go to parties, really helps :P
