Did you know we haven't got translations since the modest pile of hat, noble amassment and towering pillar of hats?
No, I did not. Thank you. However, there's still no model on the Crit-A-Cola anyhow.
I have been using the crit-a-cola i came a buckets full of bonk
That shit's radioactive, you might wanna see a urologist.
:frown: [editline]06:03PM[/editline] What is the name of the smiley with the guy with his hand over his mouth like :s

Indeed , Thanks [editline]06:20PM[/editline] :ohdear:
I can't be the only one who loves the new backpack sounds
You're not. I clicked jarate and was so surprised by the new noise. I clicked everything in my backpack just to heard what new sound they made.
Why did they nerf Pyros flamethrower damage and afterburn... Do they no longer want Pyro to be a close combat class? It also seems that this would make the Flaregun utterly underpowered, the only thing that made it a useful sidegrade to Shotgun was the afterburn.

Shouldn't Crit-a-cola be red for RED and teal for BLU? [editline]20:27[/editline] And shouldn't it be named Criticola?
Shouldn't Crit-a-cola be red for RED and teal for BLU?
Probably, however Purple is probably more distinguishable from the old Bonk and it saves them the effort of making it teamcolored as it is after all a blend of both colors already.
Well i'll be, this is quite a cool update. Heavies are faster, Pyros have enhanced Airblast and Afterburn, and as for Scout, I guess my idea for a mini-critting soda managed to turn a few heads after all...

The Flamethtower is now so useless that the Shotgun is better in almost every situation the Flamethrower was good. Also the Flaregun is now a lot less useful than the Shotgun since the afterburn no longer makes up for it dealing less impact damage than the Shotgun.
Immediately what I gathered from this update:

How exactly is it worse? If you mean direct flame damage then we've got an agreement.
So now every other noob pyro is going to get destroyed by me and anyone else with anti-pyro smarts. And every other AB pro pyro is going to BE destroying, (not too much like me, I'm not that great at AB, but still love it v:v:v). I see no problem. :mmmhmm:
Does this mean there will be more Puff n' Stingers? :byodood:
I do this all the time all hail the axetinguisher.
It's engie update for me.
Why does EVERYONE call the axtinguisher axetinguisher.
Why does EVERYONE call the axtinguisher axetinguisher.
I'm annoyed by that too, it sounds retarded.
I've yet to see any grenades, regenerating health (medic aside) or perks for being terribad, added to it.
Grenades were cut for spammyness, and perks... Stupid idea. And it doesn't make sense for anyone besides the medic having health regeneration. TF2 is not MW2.
No dead ringer nerf? Goddammit. I hate that watch more than anything else in the game. Pyro and Heavy changes are interesting. I'd have to play with them to know how I feel about them. Also, medics are going to be invincible against pyros now - especially with the regular needle gun equipped. Edit: Nevermind (if the burn does the same amount of damage in a shorter time then it's more effective).
They nerfed the dead ringer enough.
They nerfed the dead ringer enough.
did they?
The afterburn does the same damage, but in less time. How exactly is it worse? If you mean direct flame damage then we've got an agreement.

Pyro changes Flamethrower direct damage reduced 20%. Burn duration reduced (10 -> 6 seconds). Airblast re-fire delay reduced by 25%. Airblast ammo usage reduced by 20%. All reflected rockets/grenades/arrows now mini-crit. Airblasting enemies into environmental deaths now awards the death credit to the Pyro.
Nowhere here does it say they buffed Pyro's afterburn damage, meaning the burn duration time only cuts off the usual damage the afterburn, it not reduces the time it takes for the usual damage to be done with afterburn. Imagine it like this: Saying "Damage" was the old Afterburn. You think Valve made afterburn better by allowing us to say the word faster. When in fact, now we're only saying "Dama".
They nerfed the dead ringer enough.
Nerfing the Dead Ringer sounds as if he uses a weapon. I just imagined a Spy trying to beat a Pyro to death with his watch.
The update is very impressive so far, but they should seriously fix the Demoman's grenade launcher loading animation, it annoys me.
The update is very impressive so far, but they should seriously fix the Demoman's grenade launcher loading animation, it annoys me.
Clearly you haven't seen how many glitches were included...
Clearly you haven't seen how many glitches were included...
Would you kindly tell me more detail, I am indeed a dinosaur when it comes to some TF2 glitches.
Does anyone know if Valve plans on fixing the crit a cola to have it's own skin?
