I think the reason they changed the Targe may be related to people whining about the BLU Targe icon.
This is one of the best updates of nerfs 'n buffs.
Oh god, 20% reduced burn damage, now it'll take me 20% longer to get the Pyromancer achievement!
Man, Bonk is actually useful now, I just used it for 10 minutes and it saved my ass several times

To be honest, the Crit-A-Cola makes the Tyrannus look like it's right at home.
The Tyrannus, Sola Topi, Bill's Hat, Direct Hit, Equalizer, and Sandvich all have some green on them, so they tend to blend in a lot better than this purple monstrosity.
Some of these changes look a little weird. I guess I will have to try it out and my my own opinion though...

Is it confirmed afterburn damage is still the same, just that it deals the damage over 6 seconds instead of 10?
Oh, and how's the heavy now?
Was playing around with heavy on walkway, was like a dream, until I realized that my normal minigun was doing the same damage as natascha and natascha has pushback so you can pin people now
