You might as well put a Payload cart on the arrow, if you want to pitch stuff like this.

If you get good with it, it's much easier. But it's a projectile, so you're not going to be able to hit 100% of the time, even if you're an expert.

I guess you have to get used to it, the arch on the shots, power/time, and even where to go to be most effective. If you get all these, I'd say it was fairly consistent.
I personally prefer the rifle, but I whip the Huntsman out occasionally, and I don't find it hard to use, and damn, it's satisfying to get quick headshots with on moving targets.
Fact : If hitboxes would be normal with huntsman, then it would be a miracle that someone kills someone with it. Then it would actually have to be named LUCKSman. You would need 5 times as much prediction to hit a moving target. At worst it needs more realistic arrow physics for a nerf.
I do like the idea of more attachments to the arrow, but only one at a time, and not explosives at all.

Yes.
It would be a nice addition, as long as it doesn't make the Huntsman too overpowered.
Flaming arrows are good enough.
Would be annoying as demoman if you run past a sniper and accidentally give him a sticky bomb that you intended to lay on the ground or wall. Also, If the sticky weighs the arrow down enough, the demo might as well have just fully charged his sticky launcher to get some distance out of the sticky himself.
The huntsman is annoying enough, it doesn't need any buffs.

Kills players because they get too fat and can't breath anymore.
A better idea:
Jarate arrows!
Sacrificing one bottle of jarate,you can piss on your arrow so you can deal minicrits to enemies!
(it's a taunt like the sandvich, it takes 2 minutes to piss on the arrow)
