I'm surprised that people still edit it, the Wiki Cap page specifically says you get it for editting the Official Wiki and then links to the actual one.
Most people don't know about the official one because of Google though, so I guess it is good advertising money.

It's basically heals selected target pressing a weird key like PGUP, for retards who can't use the left mouse button somehow.
If it autohealed people that'd be an amazing script and increase my potential as a medic. But if thats not the case then fuck
