Always wanted TF2 with players versus some type of monsters, I'll be looking forward to this.
Kind of which the teagineer and dollmaster had more of a unique personality (visually) to them though. They look like edits, their detail doesn't fit the TF2 art-style too well

I'd like to see characters that became monsters based on something that makes since, like engineer became a fucked up cyborg in an accident, scout became a radioactive freak from too much Bonk etc.

It'd be perfect if done properly. Given a good model, and a little page with a backstory fluff, I have no doubt someone could pull it off. The ported Alice models just seem silly to me and don't make a lot of sense.
The TF2 universe has a ton of technology to make nightmares. Medical experiments, robotics gone rampant, even the 'respawners' could go haywire; there's a lot of room for creativity here.

I completely agree, I want to see creepy and messed up but it should be something that fits into the TF2 universe in a disturbing way
The possibilities are almost endless, how about the result of a teleporter messing up for example?
Make a pyro that has grown huge wings, has fur coming out of the suit and huge claws growing out of it, with an exploded gastank on it's back.

I'd love to do texturing/concepts for this, especially as it's something different from the usual Team Fortress 2.
Hell, we could even have some mechanical monstrosities that look like they're made out of pieces of the engineers various machines, and they'd look old, disused, and seemingly thrown together out of scraps

It would be cool if the Nightteam (That's what they're call, right? Never been most afraid of my life than on their servers) came from an engi fuck-up teleporter who open on another dimension. I coul easily see a big teleporter modified on a Big Ben like tower instead of the clock.
Also, monster idea: The pyro Halloween set, but more nightmare like, and a robot disguised as a soldier.

That seems like an engineer type deal. Make the mech suit out of sentry parts and such.
