Simply load the map you want to .nav, set sv_cheats 1 and type in console; nav_incremental_range 6000; nav_generate BOOM. Your nav is being automagicly generated. Go grab a sandwich or something, you deserve it. You'll know it's done when it reloads the map. At this point, set sv_cheats 0 and type in console; retry BOOM. You now are connected with no cheats. tf_bot_add (however many bots) and go have fun.
