Why don't any of those items have an AO bake?

I suddenly want an objector with a 'golf sale' sign on it, on a side note, is there anyone I can add to help me get started with modelling?
Why don't any of those items have an AO bake?
he didn't know how to do it at the time, those are way outdated
Why don't any of those items have an AO bake?
They were made before I knew how to properly model for optimization, before I learned better UV techniques and before I knew how to apply a proper AO bake.
Thus, that's why this set is going to get a revamp when I get around to it. I want to make it better lol.

Saxxy animations?
I thought about it, but if I do that I have to adjust the bones and he'll end up holding it weirdly

It's a bit dark/dull, maybe give it a bit more colour? Nothing crazy, of course, just a little.
Where's the trigger?

Suit tears are annoying. I probably screwed up somewhere. Aside from the shitty smoothing on the points...

It looks nice but I can see some texture stretching on some parts.
Okay, so I'm trying to work on jigglebones for an item and I've almost got it down. Right now, the jigglebones move the way I want them to, but while in motion, the bones will reset to the ref position at random, them move again. Am I using the wrong ref file or what do I need to do so that it continues moving the jigglebones like they should, instead of resetting to ref then moving agian?
Are you trying to test them in Source SDK or in-game?
If you're trying to test them in game, enter cl_jiggle_bone_framerate_cutoff 1 in console. Should do the trick (if you're doing the former, though, then I can't help you; sorry).
The command designates the minimum framerate the game must be in in order for jigglebones to function continuously (e.g. cl_jiggle_bone_framerate_cutoff 45, the default, would mean jigglebones would work in game only on framerates of higher than 45; anything lower would cause the jigglebones to reset to their ref position and stop working until you switched weapons and back).

Wait I though fixes weren't allowed for icons.
Wait I though fixes weren't allowed for icons.
The point is to make the icons look good, does it really matter?
Fixes were fully allowed as soon as Smashman stopped being in charge. I think a few of them are using paint fixes, even.
They'll never be released also so it really doesn't matter.

I thought (Darn I can't remember his name) was following the rule still.
Who was the other guy working on shugo icons other than Ceiling man?
Right, that's the fucker done for today! texture tomorrow. Thank you all for your help on developing this item, your critique is what's helped this become what it is. Critique is always valuable, and i think more people here should seek it, and work from it.

Ragnar Homsar, he hasn't seemed to notice/mind, I'll ask for his opinion later.
