The monocle looks a bit...odd. Doesn't really look like a monocle. Also, personally, I think it should be on his good eye. Not because it would make more sense, I just think it would look better.

The hat looks like it's tilted a bit [i]too[/i] far forward in my opinion - A jaunty angle is good, but the third pic makes it look like it's falling off!
The chops are looking good, the monocle I guess isn't quite finished? (It certainly seems to be missing something as it is)

Yes it was. Yes it does. He didn't make one because he was focusing on highlighting the ease of adding it to the game for the TF team, unfair comparison. Yes, it did; yours has not and is likely to be seen as copied or late.

I cant take this bullshit anymore, I just cannot grasp the way brush strokes work for tf2 nor can I figure out how to make raytrace ao bakes that dont suck ass. Looking for someone to texture these 2 things for me.

I made it copy + paste + ship the backpack icon for Valve

I've remade my Baleful badger concept for the 3rd time, but this time i've taken a more steampunk approach:

Pith helmet hat, Badger-based steampunk gasmask, now with 100% more muttonchops and pipe as one misc, Steampunk tank with badger tail exhaust also with pouches on the bandolier belt as the second misc, and the Terminal Addict secondary, which is basicly a pipe, lighter, and a special pipe attachment designed to blow large holes in any large hairy things with teeth that try to interupt your nice quiet smoke in whatever jungle environment you may be exploring by using the power of science and super-heated tobacco.

The bowler hat seems very misshapen. It's mainly the brim, the front and back should be lower than the sides but not as much as say a stovepipe. Also the top of the head could use one or two more edge loops as it is too blocky and sharp looking.

What I meant was an official under-the-beanie bodygroup. Kind of like how the soldier medal is done.
